Golf Course

The Oak Glen Golf Club is a great place to enjoy golf during the warmer weather. It was given the 2014 Midwest Course of the Year award by the Midwest Golf Course Owners Association. It was also nominated for the National Course of the Year by the National Golf Course Owners Association.

The Course

The course features 27 holes with bent grass throughout. The 18-hole championship course hosted the 1991 MGA Four-Ball Championship and is scheduled to host many other events including:

  • 2015 MWPGA Public Links Championship
  • 2015 MGA Mixed Team Championship
  • 2016 MGA Senior Four-Ball Championship
  • 2017 MGA Women's Mid-Amateur Championship

Along with the 18-homle course Oak Glen features a 9-hole Executive Course. This shorter course is great for juniors and beginners.

The 18-hole course measure 5,626 to 6,574 yards with four different tee stations. The Executive Course measure 1,560 yards from the red tees and 1,738 yards from the white tees.

Events at Oak Glen

Along with the golf, Oak Glen is also known as one of the best places to hold an event in North Oaks. Many weddings and other types of events are held here every year. The Royal Oak reception room can hold up to 400 guests and the Still water reception room can hold up to 175 guests. The facility also provides other rooms and possibilities for all types of events.

Season Passes and Loyalty Programs

Oak Glen provides a loyalty program, which allows for the purchase of ten prepaid rounds on either course. They also offer season passes for singles, couples, seniors, young adults and juniors.

Specialty passes are available for cart fees, the practice range and for those that own their own cart. The course also offers executive course passes for the shorter course.
