Jimmy Johns is Saint Paul’s and Arden Hills’ favorite sub shop featuring dine in or delivery. It was founded by Jimmy John Liautaud when he was 19 attending Eastern IL University and 29 years later, they are still doing well.

The first store opened in 1983 with the first delivery taking place in 1985. In 2007, the 500th store was opened and by 2010, the 1000th store opened. JJ believed he could create the world’s greatest gourmet sandwich with a handful of cookbooks from the library, he perfected the award-winning bread.

When the first store opened, he handed out free sandwiches to college kids to build a reputation and today they are known for their great food, low prices and delivery. Here is a look at what you can enjoy at Jimmy Johns in your area.
